Volunteer
Dog Sitting
We are in search of weekend sitters for our program dogs and dogs that may be joining us from out of town. These dogs stay at Green Acres facility during the week, and would love an at home stay for the weekend to rest and enjoy home life. You will get training on the skills each dog knows and how help with their training.

Guardian Home
Guardian homes are families who are willing to care for dogs who would help us with the goal of breeding the next generation of service dogs. These dogs will be yours to love and enjoy in life. If they pass their health testing at 2 years old then we will breed them 1-2 times. After that, they are back to enjoy your couch! All costs associated with the breeding are covered by Medi-Dogs, but all other costs will be the guardian families to cover.

Puppy Raising
Puppy raisers will receive a puppy around 8 weeks old and will have them for about 6 months to 1 year. Medi-Dogs will cover all vet costs for the pup and training materials, so all you need to provide is the food. Your assistance will help keep the cost of started and fully trained dogs low and accessible to more people!

While we rarely have washed out dogs available, we do from time to time. These dogs have advanced skills and are great pets!
